1. Service Scope

What the bot does

Vespera Vale provides Discord server operations, moderation, ticketing, archive handling, announcements, role workflows, and related automation for Endless Passes Pixelmon. Some features may expose planning or observe-only Minecraft integration status.

2. Acceptable Use

How you may use it

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You may not use the bot to harass, threaten, spam, evade moderation, or abuse server systems.
• You may not attempt to bypass role, channel, or command restrictions set by server staff.
• You may not use the bot or dashboard to perform unauthorized administrative changes.

3. Admin and Staff Actions

Operational controls

Server operators and authorized staff may use slash commands, dashboard controls, or other guarded automation to change command availability, adjust channel access, manage support workflows, and assign or remove roles. Those actions may be logged for security, audit, and recovery purposes.

4. Content and Moderation

Tickets, reports, and archives

Messages, attachments, ticket transcripts, audit entries, reports, and related server content may be processed, retained, and surfaced to staff when necessary to operate the server, resolve disputes, support members, and preserve moderation history.

5. Availability

No uptime promise

The bot and related dashboard tooling are provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed at any time for safety, maintenance, staffing, or server-management reasons.

6. Liability

Use at your own risk

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the bot operator disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application, service interruptions, moderation outcomes, or loss of access to Discord server features.

7. Termination

Access may be restricted

Access to the bot or related server features may be limited or revoked at any time if required for moderation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, safety, or service integrity.
